Shipping & Delivery

  • o All orders are typically shipped out within 3 Business days of the order being received Unless there is a back order for the item.
  • o In an Event of a Backorder you will be notified with an estimated timeframe.
  • o Depending upon the selected shipping method your order will be delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • o If you missed the delivery the shipping company typically makes up to three delivery attempts, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
  • o Packages are typically returned to the shipper in a event the package has not been delivered or picked up.

Privacy & Security

When you place an order at our site, you provide us with your name, email address, credit card information, address, and phone number. We use this information to process your order and keep you up to date on its status. The financial information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, etc.) that we collect from you is used for billing purposes only. In addition, from time to time, we may make third party offers through our site. If you choose to accept such an offer, we will provide your contact to that third party.

In order to serve you best, credit card transactions are handled by a reputable third-party banking institution. Once the bank authorizes your credit card, we begin processing your order. The banking institution we do business with is under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

We also work with third parties that perform various vital functions on our behalf. Such functions include shipping and delivering of packages, fulfilling orders, et cetera. These third parties will have access to personal information as required for them to carry out these functions on our behalf. They are also under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

L2D2 may occasionally notify you via email about important functionality changes to our web site or special offers we think you'll find valuable. At the bottom of every such email are directions on how to take your email address off our list.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at L2D2. When you need to return a product to us, please follow the easy steps listed below to make sure your return is handled promptly and efficiently.

Most products can be returned for either a Refund or for a Replacement of the same item. Refunds are subject to a restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.

  • o Get an RMA for your item: Your product needs to be returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can identify it. You can request one from your My Account Page or Contacting Customer Support.
  • o Send the product to L2D2 : Once your RMA is issued, you can print a UPS shipping label, Box up the item you’re returning and send it to

    If you choose not to use our UPS shipping label service, we recommend using a courier who provides package tracking and basic insurance coverage.

  • o Your RMA is Received and Reviewed: You’ll receive an email once your package has been received and opened and your RMA has been reviewed & approved. It usually takes 2-5 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA.
  • o RMA Resolution Replacement: If you requested a Replacement, a new order will be generated once your RMA is approved. You’ll receive standard email updates for the replacement order, just as you would for a newly placed L2D2 order.
  • o RMA Resolution Refund: If you requested a Refund, a credit memo will be generated once your RMA is approved. You can expect the refund amount to be credited to your original payment method 3-5 business days later.

Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
The turnaround time for Refunds often depends on your bank’s policies for making the funds available to you.

The overall turnaround time for a return is about 5-8 business days from the time we receive the shipment; (that is, 2-5 business days for RMA processing and 2-3 business days to expedite your refund or replacement).
Ordering

Simply add items to your shopping cart, and follow the onscreen instructions as you go through the checkout. Enter your shipping address and contacts details, select your shipping and payment method and follow the email notifications as your order flows through our system.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

L2D2 accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, Via Authorize.net, Google Checkout and Amazon Payments. We do not currently accept wire transfers, PayPal, or Personal Checks.

Many great promotional offers are available at L2D2 and via our Newsletter. When taking advantage of one, be sure to read the entire list of restrictions associated with that promotion. If your order does not seem to reflect all the benefits mentioned in the promotion please contact Customer Support.

To qualify for a specific promotion, your order must be placed during the specified promotion period. We are unable to apply special discounts to items ordered before or after the dates of a promotional offer.
